Cancellation request will be accepted prior dispatching of books. once the order is shipped, no cancellation request will be concerned. You had to wait untill packet returned back to us, than refund will be processed with below cancellation fee.
1. Cancellation before dispatch : only 5 % or order amount will be deducted as both side payment gateway charges.
2. Cancellation after dispatch : 5 % of order amount and shipping charge of both side ( both to and from courier charge)
